PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy establishes your right to control information and your privacy. This document also describes how Good Gallery collects, shares, secures, and uses personal information.

This Privacy Policy is effective on May 25, 2018. We reserve the right to change this document at any time.

DEFINTIONS

“USER” or collectively “USERS” refer to Good Gallery customers who subscribe to our services or who visit our company website.

“END USER” or collectively “END USERS” refer to customers and visitors to USER websites.

“USER CONTENT” refers to content added, collected, and managed by USERS and includes audio, code, images, links, logos, marks, photos, text, video, and other similar materials, without limitation. This also refers to the entirety of USER websites operating on our SERVICES.

“PERSONAL INFORMATION” may include your comments, email addresses, names, passwords, payment or bank details, phone numbers, photos, physical addresses, reviews, and similar related information. This data can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a person, or to identify an individual in context.

“NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION” may include browser type, clickstream information, dates and times, entrance pages, error messages, exit pages, files accessed, IP addresses, load times, location information, operating system, pages visited, referring websites, unique device identifiers, and similar data to analyze trends and to manage server security.

“SERVICE” or collectively “SERVICES” refers to applications, features, software, tools, and websites provided to USERS.

TERMS

We have not and will not sell USER or END USER data to any third party.

We collect data and use cookies and related technologies to provide USERS and END USERS with a better user experience and improve interactions.

We host USER CONTENT, but we do not manage information for USERS. This Privacy Policy does not extend to USER CONTENT. END USERS should refer to Privacy Policy information provided by USERS.

Third-party accounting systems and payment software providers may collect and store USER billing information on our behalf to process orders, subscriptions, and service payments through our encrypted transaction systems.

We collect and store PERSONAL INFORMATION for USERS (1) when you sign up for a Good Gallery account, (2) when you interact with our website via forms, (3) when you participate in contests, promotions, or surveys, (4) and when you communicate with us via chat, email, phone, social media, or using other means where personally identifiable information is shared.

NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION is collected automatically when accessing our website, social network pages under our direct control, and when accessing USER and END USER websites. This data includes information stored in server log files and information recorded in third-party tracking software like Google Analytics.

We use your PERSONAL INFORMATION (1) to create, manage, and support USER accounts, (2) to process payments, (3) to respond to communications, (4) to send information regarding our services, promotions, and policies, (5) to improve our services by evaluating how our software is used, (6) to monitor and ensure system security, (7) to protect the rights and property of others, (8) to comply with court orders, (9) to meet the requirements of tax authorizes, (10) to display relevant advertising, (11) and to enforce our Terms of Service.

You have the right to view, access, update, modify, and delete PERSONAL INFORMATION. To request a change or to cancel and delete

your account, please email info@goodgallery.com with your request. Requests to update your PERSONAL INFORMATION may take up to 30 days to process.

We may retain PERSONAL INFORMATION to comply with the law, to protect our rights and the rights of others, and to enforce our Terms of Use to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

In accordance with the GDPR, if you are an EU citizen, you may have the right to restrict or object to the use of your PERSONAL INFORMATION and you have the right change your consent at any time.

We use reasonable measures to protect the security of your PERSONAL INFORMATION. We have developed technical systems intended to help protect PERSONAL INFORMATION against accidental loss and prevent unauthorized modification, disclosure, access, or misuse. These systems include multi-factor authentication, encryption, firewalls, server redundancies, frequent system patches, and backups. We also employ SSL on all traffic for all USER and END USER websites.

We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy. The most current version of this policy will govern our use of information. When making material changes to this Privacy Policy, USERS will be notified by email.

Continuing to use or access our SERVICES or the systems operated by Good Gallery, indicates your acceptance of our most current version of our Privacy Policy.

COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are files that a website or service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive. When your browser is configured to allow cookies, this website can recognize your browser and remember certain information.

For instance, cookies are used to remember your preferences and which pages you have visited. This allows for an improved visitor experience. Cookies may also be used to help compile aggregate data about website traffic and site interaction so that better website experiences and tools can be offered in the future. Trusted third-party services also use cookies to track information on our behalf.

Some of the features that we may implement include Remarketing with Google AdSense and Demographics and Interests Reporting.

We use Google Analytics cookies and other third-party identifiers to measure and compile data regarding visitor interactions, ad impressions, and other ad service functions as they relate to our website. This information is not used to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics which is one of the most widespread and trusted analytics solution on the web for helping us to understand how you use the site and ways that we can improve your experience. These cookies may track things such as how long you spend on the site and the pages that you visit so we can continue to produce engaging content.

Facebook provides tools that allow us to send data to Facebook, including information about actions that visitors take on this website. This information is used to provide us with insights about advertising. This is done in full accordance with the Facebook Privacy Policy.

Facebook may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads.

If you don’t wish to participate in Google advertising tracking, you can opt out using the Google Ad Settings page. You can also opt out of other advertising by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance Consumer Choice Page, the Network Advertising Initiative Opt Out page, or by using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

You can also maintain an anonymous visitor session which removes most tracking by using Chrome’s Incognito Mode, Safari’s Private Browsing, or Edge’s InPrivate Browsing.

We cannot fully honor Do Not Track signals since some of the third-party systems used to track visitor traffic don’t include the technology needed to observe those signals. To learn how to enable Do Not Track in your browser, more information is available.

We also use cookies to track USERS to allow access to USER CONTENT and present administrative tools relevant to our SERVICES.
